RECIPE INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 cup carrots (sliced or baby carrots)
  2. 1 cup beans or green peas
  3. 1 cup zucchini or bell peppers (optional)
  4. 2 tablespoons Trishulii honey
  5. 1 tablespoon Badri cow ghee
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Black pepper or crushed red chili (to taste)
  8. Optional: a pinch of thyme or rosemary for flavor

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Lightly boil or steam carrots and other firm vegetables (like beans) for 5–6 minutes until just tender

2. In a pan, heat Badri cow ghee and olive oil on medium flame

3. Add Trishulii honey, a pinch of salt, and black pepper. Stir well

4. Add the blanched vegetables to the pan

5. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated and the honey slightly caramelizes (2–3 minutes)

6. Optional: Add herbs like thyme or rosemary for extra aroma
